The technician pinpointed the source of our electrical problem and resolved it. He explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions. We really appreciate the care and attention he gave to our project, which included installing a new bathroom ceiling fixture and checking the ballast on a kitchen fixture.

The Haddad team was fantastic - responsive, efficient and ultimately provided quality work. I had one question on a fixture after the fact and they came out the same day to address. The work itself plus the customer service (no less important) was outstanding.

Outstanding.... Have used them for I stale of pendant lights in kitchen and other small jobs. Helped us install an outlet for a new dryer, which required a larger panel as well. Job was done in a timely and professional manner. Team was knowledgeable and flexible with our schedule.

I have a pool in my yard, and initially, I had another electric company do the work. Well....they did not finish bonding the water and did not install a socket for the salt pack. As a result, my pool failed inspection by my town. Called the electrician only to find out he went out of the country for a month due to family issues. Fine, but no one was there to cover? Left 3 messages, and in a week, no one got back to me!!

I found Haddad Electric online on a search, called them on July 2nd at 9:30 pm fearing that my pool would not be ready to use for the 4th of July holiday if I kept waiting for the other electrician. I received a call back within less than a minute (I'm not kidding!!) and the electrician was super friendly and helpful. Someone came the next day on the 3rd, everything was done and up to code, and my pool was ready for the holiday!!!! I will DEFINITELY be a return customer!! I am very grateful to them!!!!

Nick is a professional electric contractor, I used him over dozen times at my projects. Large and small. Always great value, professionalism, works with you on pricing and all, attends all inspections and most of all passes them. I only use him at this point. Try them. You will not regret it.

I have rarely had such good service from a contractor. I needed immediate service and received a recommendation to use Haddad through my Hoboken based businesses management office. They did the work right away and also responded immediately to a follow-up service. The owner is available directly and ensures quality work. A year later (today) the management company told me to turn this switch back on and I had no idea where it was located. The owner remembered me and took care of the communication as it is self-running. A remarkable difference to the dozen other contractors I work with to run my small business. A gem - the value of honest owner operated businesses can not be ignored. I try to run the same and applaud and am grateful to Haddad. They have my business moving forward!

The guys Angel and Con did a great job, they work speaks for itself when done. They ran PVC pipe and wires to my backyard for my outdoor ceiling fans under my gazebo witch they installed 2 fans as well. They just don't clean up after themselves, they left all their garbage in my backyard and waste glue on my BRAND NEW PAVERS witch took them 5 days to come back and clean up. Overall in satisfied with their work, Good job guys.

i gave them an email on a Sunday they got back to me by Monday it was a really small project and I was afraid I wouldn’t find someone to get the job done. they came out that day took care of it within an hour and the cost was much less than expected they were extremely reasonable, and I would absolutely recommend them!

OUTSTANDING. I used Haddad Electric's services in 2018 to install a new outlet to fit a custom dishwasher and they did a phenomenal job. Their work was top quality and absolutely seamless; they also replaced an outdoor outlet that required a weather cover. I HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again for any electric work that I need in my home.

We used Haddad to help us put in a 30 amp line. Alex and John were very professional, they not only ensured that the line was installed properly, but they also made sure that they cut thru the least amount of sheetrock as they needed.

I was having trouble with the electricity cutting off to part of my apartment - including my AC.

I called another electrician in town since the first time this happened was on a Saturday and the electrician my building uses doesn't work weekends. I got the run around and they didn't show up when they were supposed to.

I had the building electrician out the following Monday. They didn't fix the problem and weren't available when the power went out again the next Saturday. I called Haddad first thing Saturday morning and Nick was at my apartment by 10:30.

Nick did a much more thorough check of all of the outlets and connections in my apartment. They determined it's probably an issue with my AC and told me to get that checked before having them do any additional work. In the meantime they're ordering parts just in case it's not the AC and they need to come back out.

They were super fast, super professional, super nice and I really appreciate that they didn't want to do a $500 repair until we have ruled out the AC as the problem.

Haddad is now my go to electrician!
